All my teachings and programs are influenced by my therapeutic professional background. Convinced, that every person facing a challenge has the potential to find a good solution within themself - I see my role in assisting the student in identifying the challenge, to clarify goals and to support the movement towards the solution in order to enjoy and to appreciate a satisfiying & meaningful life.

 

My Meditation and Yoga classes are influenced by many spiritual traditions
and I emphasize respecting all traditions to work towards a universal understanding.


Yoga and Meditation done on a regular basis will lead to the integration of body and mind and the experience of a vital, lasting feeling of well being.
