Active and sitting Meditations are designed to relax your body and quiet your mind. At the end of each session, we sit in silence.

 

 The meditation is a way to enter a state of relaxed altertness. It is a tool to clear and calm the mind. It can be a source of strength, inner stillness and feeling centered.

 

This programs assists you to establish your own Meditation practice and to bring harmony & balance into your daily life. 

 

**Ursula also provides One-on-one sessions, school & workplace presentations, and public speaking.

 

Meditation done on a regular basis can help you to:

  • Relieve Stress
  • Lessen Anxiety
  • Change Negative Patterns
  • Cope in times of loss
  • **Suitable for all Levels. Bring a meditation cushion and a light blanket.
