Strengthening, Restoring & Balancing:

Yoga poses to achieve harmony & peace of mind.

 

The Yoga style is mainly Hatha Vinyasa. You can achieve strength, harmony and piece of mind. The yoga leads to the integration of the body and mind. Easy-to-follow postures strengthen and stretch your body and quiet your mind. The program proceeds from active, strengthening poses to deep relaxation and ends in a guided sitting Meditation.

 

 

 

During the course you can achieve:

  • Basic Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
  • Effective Breathing
  • To Establish an Inner Witness
  • To Center Yourself
  • To be Focused and Calm
  •  

     **Suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothes in layers. Bring your Yoga Mat, a Cushion and Water.
